Sobriety 365 is a supportive space where adults from the age of 18 learn awareness, acceptance, and action so they can self-direct 365 days of sobriety at any stage of the recovery journey. Michelle Ahn, student intern, believes people have the keys to solutions for strengthening and lengthening sobriety. She will confidently guide participants in personal responsibility, choice, transformation, relapse management, and healthy relationships with substances, themselves and others.
